When to come

As well as the party season being in full swing, the 16th of July pays host to the slightly more traditional fiesta of the Virgen del Carmen, a festival of particular importance to the fishing villages around Spain and its islands, during which time you'll see local Ibizans laying wreaths on the sea in honour of the seamen's patron.

It would be impossible to separate Ibiza Town from its famed nightlife that caters to all tastes whether you're looking for something chilled out or something of the more pumping kind. Perhaps the most famous club in the world, Pacha, is situated here and the action goes on well after the sun goes down and on into the wee hours.
