The Pebblebrook Hotel Trust has purchased these two properties with an investment of more than $60 million. There will be no change in the management of either of the properties, and the group has declared that it is delighted with its latest acquisitions.
The Hotel Vintage Park Seattle has 124 rooms and suites and has achieved the AAA four diamond rating. It can be found in the heart of the city and is perfect for those who want to take luxury holidays in the area to explore some of the city’s main attractions, such as the local market and The 5th Avenue Theatre. It has been a hotel since 1992 and all of the rooms in the hotel have been designed to be unique. In 2011 it reached the list of the best 500 hotels in the world. Guests can enjoy in-room spa treatments, a fully equipped fitness room, and a restaurant renowned for fine dining.
The Hotel Vintage Plaza Portland is also ideally located in the city and has a total of 117 rooms. This hotel also boasts the AAA four diamond rating. The location is perfect for those who want to spend time in the downtown area of the city. This hotel dates back to 1894 and underwent a complete renovation in 2008. Some rooms have balconies and there are plenty of other amenities, including spa treatments, valet parking and an Italian restaurant.
