The hotel has already been in operation for five years and has achieved great success during this time. The owner is MAF Properties, and the Kempinski Mall of Emirates luxury hotel is its flagship property. Other luxury hotels are generally renovated in eight to ten year cycles, so this five-year period before renovation ensures that the hotel is always ready for the latest developments and demands. MAF Properties is determined that its hotels, which are at the top of their game, will continue to remain there and not be overtaken by newcomers to the hospitality market in the region.
