The Four Seasons brand of luxury hotels has just announced that it is to open a property in Jumeirah Beach, which is a much sought after location. The development is being carried out by the Bright Start company. The property will have a prime location in grounds of around 11 acres. It is expected that the resort will be ready to open by the middle of 2014 and it will be aimed at both leisure and business travellers, as it is just over one mile from the main commercial areas of the city.
Dubai is one of the world’s top luxury destinations and the luxury hotels market is steadily growing in response to this. The group already has luxury hotels in Oman, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain. This hotel will be at the northern end of the area, further away from the new luxury resorts that are being developed on the Palm. The more secluded location will give guests a private beach area. Public transport connects the hotel to the city.
The hotel will have more than 230 rooms and nearly 50 of these are to be suites. Guests will be able to enjoy personalised service. There will be a choice of restaurants, and guests who want to relax by the pool will be able to enjoy a meal there too. With plenty of meeting rooms and function areas, it is the ideal choice for events. Leisure facilities will include a fully equipped gym, beach club, spa, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
