Renovation for Paris hotel

30 May 2012

The Castille Paris, one of the top luxury hotels in the city and part of the Starhotels Collezione group, has just completed an extensive renovation. The renovation cost in the region of €20 million and began back in 2005. This is when the company took over the property and this final part of the renovation was the redesigning of 40 rooms located in the Opera Wing of the hotel.

The group has its own interior designer and she worked alongside the president of the company to achieve the look that was needed. This is a classic but contemporary style, which can now be seen throughout the property. Colours featured throughout the hotel include black, cream and coral, and the rooms have been finished with elegant soft furnishings. The aim was to retain the spirit of the building and as many original features as possible.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those who want to take luxury holidays in the city; it can be found on the Rue de Cambon. This is between the Place de la Concorde and the Place Vendome, which is perfect for those who want to visit some of the designer boutiques in the area. Style and fashion have been key themes for the hotel’s new look and the luxurious touches have added a great deal to the overall finish. The courtyard of the restaurant has also been redesigned. Guests can dine alfresco when the weather allows and take in the beautiful sculptures and artworks that have been positioned around the hotel and grounds.
