The Iberostar group of luxury hotels and resorts has announced that it is dividing its portfolio into new categories. The company currently has more than 100 hotels, which are located in 15 different countries around the world. The aim is to ensure that hotels with similar features are categorised together so that guests can be sure of what to expect.
The first category is Iberostar The Grand Collection, which is the ultimate in luxury hotels. Guests can be assured of fine dining, spa facilities and amazing views, and a number of these luxury hotels will be open to adults only, although the hotels in Tenerife and Budapest will accept children.
Iberostar Premium Gold is the next category, which is also for luxury hotels, and these will be five star properties that are family friendly and in great locations. The next category is Iberostar Premium, which will be four and five star properties, some of which will be adults only. The aim is to offer luxury and comfort as well as a great level of entertainment and dining.
The final category is the standard Iberostar, which will offer guests great customer service, fine dining and a wide range of activities to take part in, so is perfect for family luxury holidays.
The aim is to ensure that all guests get star treatment as well as the holiday that they are looking for. This will also help holiday companies to ensure that guests are in the perfect hotel for them.
