Paradisus Palma Real is one of the top luxury hotels and resorts in the Caribbean, famed for all-inclusive packages. The resort has recently undergone some renovations and there have been many great features added for those who want to take luxury holidays in the region. These include 110 top quality suites, a new lounge area which has its own restaurant serving Italian dishes, a new juice bar, a swimming pool, and fitness and spa areas. Services throughout the hotel have been upgraded.
Staff at the resort will contact guests as soon as a booking is made and will ensure that the hotel is aware of any special requirements, such as a special diet, or if they are looking for something specific from their holiday. They will then be able to make personalised recommendations. There is a private airport transfer service for guests.
All suites at the hotel feature a Jacuzzi, flat screen TVs, docking stations for iPods, and coffee machines. The bathrooms in the suites are regularly stocked with top quality toiletries from Thierry Mugler. Butler service is a great feature, ensuring that guests have help on hand at all times. The lounge is now on more than one level and allows guests to check in within sight of the ocean. Guests are able to relax in the lounge and catch up on their emails on the computers provided. Spa facilities are available only to guests at the hotel and there are a wide variety of treatments on offer.
