Cruise Line to take part in ‘Scandinavia Show 2011’

Fred Olsen Cruise Lines has announced that it is to exhibit at the 2011 Scandinavia Show which will be taking place at Earl’s Court in London on the 8th and 9th October. The aim is to promote the different cruise options that are available to the different Scandinavian ports. A number of cruise experts will be manning the stand at the show and literature on the different cruise options will be available and potential passengers will be able to find out what the cruise line has to offer them.

Luxury destinations within the range of Fred Olsen Cruises include Iceland, the Norwegian Fjords and Bergen. The Scandinavian capital cities also feature on the list of luxury destinations. The Scandinavian cruise options come in the form of luxury short breaks and longer voyages such as the 9 night voyage around the Fjords which will also call in at the Norwegian capital of Oslo.

Those who want to visit the Scandinavia Show will also be able to see the stars of ‘The Killing’, the critically acclaimed Danish TV show and a number of other famous faces with a connection to Scandinavia including one of the regular experts on the Antiques Roadshow.

Fred Olsen Cruises also offer additional extras such as educational cruises, where passengers can attend lectures and workshops and which have won the company a number of awards in recent years. This is in addition to the ‘Cruise Line of the Year’ award for 2011, which was voted for by regular cruise-goers.
